The Dermaplane Facial
Dermaplaning is controlled scraping of the skin using a sterile surgical blade held at a 45-degree angle for the removal of both keratinized cells on the outer stratum corneum and fine vellus hair.
This service offers immediate skin rejuvenation and remains my #2 top selling service for the spa for good reason. Dermaplaning is my go-to service for those I'm preparing for high profile occasions and an extraordinary way to prep for optimal product penetration. For those of you who want immediate results you can see and feel this facial service is for you. Removing the soft peach fuzz over the face, cheeks and neck is a perfect way for skin to appear more supple and vibrant immediately and requires no down time.
*Pro Tip: Schedule your Dermaplane Facial 4 days before your special occasion.
If the immediate results aren't enough to win you over you may be interested in the long-term benefits of Dermaplaning which include minimizing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars. Dermaplaning is great for anti-aging clients of all Fitzpatrick types.
